OASYS Organisation · Human-centred decision support

See what needs your attention before you open six different tabs.

OASYS turns approved commercial and operational information into a personalised Morning Brief. It shows what changed, what needs attention, what evidence supports it and which decisions are waiting for you.

AI prepares. Humans decide. Evidence stays traceable.

OASYS reduces the time spent assembling information so managers can spend more time applying judgement, coordinating action and owning the decision.

At a glance · a fictional example

From scattered signals to a decision in one Morning Brief.

Imagine Morgan manages an online retailer. These figures and people are invented to demonstrate the method, not to describe your company or role.

1 · What changed

A busy product faces a stock risk

Sales are healthy, but supplier costs rose and stock cover has fallen to about 2.5 days.

2 · What OASYS shows

The exception and its evidence

The brief compares targets with current figures and links the warning to its source and threshold.

3 · Who decides

The manager chooses the action

Review the promotion, replenish stock or accept the risk. OASYS prepares the evidence; it does not decide.

How OASYS works

Four clear steps from scattered information to a decision-ready brief.

1

Bring together approved context

Start with the role, decision rights, operating rhythm, current evidence and, where useful, the organisation's targets, budget or forecast.

2

Standardise and check freshness

Definitions, dates, ownership, cadence and source confidence are made explicit before interpretation.

3

Compare plan with reality

OASYS surfaces meaningful variance and defined exceptions while preserving the evidence trail.

4

Human decides

The Morning Brief frames attention and evidence. The manager owns the decision.

OASYS does not need to invent a prediction to be useful. It can compare what the organisation said should happen with what is actually happening. If evidence is incomplete, stale or contradictory, the dashboard surfaces that uncertainty rather than inventing an answer. Important information and actions should remain within three interactions of the main dashboard.

Supplier unit cost increased while the product remains a strong seller and available cover is below four days.

Why now: stock cover is below the defined threshold while unit cost has changed in the current trading period.

Why OASYS exists

The problem is not a lack of data. It is the effort required to assemble a trustworthy operating picture.

Managers often begin the day moving between commerce platforms, stock systems, finance reports, spreadsheets, campaign dashboards, messages and internal documents. That assembly work is not the manager's highest-value contribution. Their value is judgement: prioritising, challenging assumptions, coordinating people and making accountable decisions. OASYS reduces the assembly burden so that judgement can be applied sooner, with a clearer evidence trail.

Design Partner Validation

Help us pressure-test the dashboard.

OASYS Organisation is currently being validated with ecommerce and commercial managers. We start with a short personalised prototype using demonstration data. If the dashboard helps the manager orient faster, identify a real exception or make a better-supported decision, the next gate is a controlled own-data test.

Role-specific onboarding: Send the role or job description and we will shape the first prototype around that manager's responsibilities, recurring decisions, decision rights, approval limits, operating rhythm, metric definitions, exception thresholds and approved information sources. Where relevant, approved targets, budgets or forecasts can be added so the dashboard can show plan vs actual. The manager reviews and tweaks the prototype before any own-data test.

OASYS Levels 1–5

Start with visibility. Increase permission as trust is earned.

The levels describe how much OASYS is permitted to do. You do not need five separate products. The same operating layer can move from briefing the manager to bounded automation as the use case, controls and governance mature.

Human-ledBounded autonomy
Level 1Available now

Brief

Know what matters before opening the other systems.

  • Morning Brief
  • Plan vs actual variance
  • Evidence-backed exceptions
  • Source provenance

Human control: the manager interprets the brief, challenges it where needed and makes every decision.

Level 2Recommend

Recommend

See credible options without handing over the decision.

  • Constrained options
  • Ways to respond to material variance
  • Risks and trade-offs

Human control: OASYS can recommend, but the manager selects the option and owns the decision.

Level 3Prepare

Draft

Turn a decision into review-ready work.

  • Draft emails
  • Draft recovery / action updates
  • Prepared actions

Human control: drafts remain private until a person reviews, edits and releases them.

Level 4Approve

Approval-gated action

Let approved routine actions happen without losing control.

  • Explicit approval gate
  • Approved corrective actions
  • Action log and defined permissions

Human control: OASYS cannot execute the action until an authorised person explicitly approves it.

Level 5Automate

Bounded automation

Automate mature, low-risk work inside agreed limits.

  • Pre-agreed low-risk corrective tasks
  • Monitoring against agreed thresholds
  • Escalation rules + manual override

Human control: people set the rules, review performance and retain a manual override to pause or stop automation.

Level 1 is the current standardised design-partner offer.£500 setup + £149/month.

Levels 2–5 show the direction of the permission model. They can be explored during validation but are not yet standard commercial packages.

Trust boundary

Useful AI, with clear limits on what it knows and what it is allowed to do.

Start with controlled information.
The first test uses agreed exports rather than giving OASYS broad access to your live systems.

No system credentials for the first test.
We begin with controlled exports, so you do not need to connect live systems just to find out whether the dashboard is useful.

Compare against your own plan.
Targets, budgets and forecasts remain organisation-defined inputs. OASYS shows variance; it should not quietly rewrite the target.

See where a claim came from.
Important conclusions keep a route back to the approved source and calculation.

The human stays accountable.
At Level 1, OASYS prepares the operating picture. The manager decides what to do.

Evidence boundary: OASYS distinguishes what the data shows, what it reasonably suggests and what is still unknown. If the evidence cannot support a conclusion, the dashboard should say so.

Start small
